Again, using my HCP to create meals.. First up, Teriyaki Salmon..
I use a slightly thinner slice den a thick chunk.. Marinate it with sea salt and pat dry before putting them into the pan... About 3 mins on each side with the pan closed manages to seal the moisture in. Just pour in some teriyaki sauce towards the end for one minute and done... ^^
Next, was stir fried leek with mock abalone... This one is very simple too.. Just put the leek in and cover the pan for 2 minutes... Den pour in the mock abalone and cover the entire pan for about 3 minutes.. Add some hua tiao wine as finishing touch... Viola, done in less than 10 minutes..
I realli enjoy using this pan especially when it keeps the kitchen cleaner with less oil splatter.. Of course, the flip side of the coin is that you cannot see what is being cooked and have to aga aga the cooking time...
