Another milestone

Did I share Bb Lucas could drink from a cup?
Oh ya, I shared he could drink from a bowl the last time.. ^^
Now he could drink through straws... Mommy Me is dam proud.. hahaha...
Today, he just demostrated feeding himself the bb biscuits...
Way to go.... ^^
Every milestone is so amazingggg.....

p/s: Daddy Sky been trying to teach Bb Lucas to clap.. Wonder when he could do it properly... Saw the other babies in his play group one month younger oredi can clap lei!!!

Wear A Cap

Mommy Me neber let Bb Lucas wear a cap before... since birth, I think..
Dun ask me why.. I haven figured that out...
And when I wanted to do so when he was a couple of months old, he kept pulling it off...
Finally put one on him yesterday.. hmm, he din pull it off though... ^^

A present from nainai

Besides the 2 pairs of shoes that nai nai bought for Bb Lucas from her holidays, here is another toy from Fisher Price:

The Singapore Flyer

Nah, we din go up cos Bb Lucas was not with us.
Will want to go together as a family...

Been hearing about this seafood paradise from Class 95.
So we went to check it out at the Singapore Flyer...
End up eating food from their sister restaurant - Paradise Inn... Not bad food... Check out the Dong Po Rou and the Song Fish Head... The Fish Head is $17. Though they stated one portion per pax but it's enough for 3-4 if you have other dishes to go along...
After dinner, we checked out this Kenko.. They have this fish spa where the fishes will eat your dead skin.. Looks gross but trust me, the experience is SHIOK!!!!
How can we leave the place without taking a photo of the flyer...

It realli looks so beautiful at night... No wonder Daddy Sky is so proud of this flyer.. He always said Singapore Flyer looks the best...

Just want to play

Check out Bb Lucas' latest action.. Everything he wants to play with, including his potty!!!!After he was done over one corner of the living room, he crawled over to his playmat and started 'kissing' it.. Think the weather is getting so unbearable until what Bb Lucas does dun make sense to me... =.='''

Swimming again

Mommy Me got a 50% discount voucher for Hwa Xia from Gymboree.. So brought Bb Lucas to go swimming. He last swam at Hwa Xia when he was 3 months old.. When he reached there, the ladies in charge 'examined' him and he burst out crying... =.='''

No idea why, but when he went into the water, he enjoyed himself.. But once he was out and the lady massaged him, he started to look teary again... Hmm, maybe he din quite like those people there afterall... hahaha

Tons of Stuff

Some days I am simply amazed at the amount of things that appear with my house together with Bb Lucas. Some stuff are hand-me-downs and some are gifts...
Here is a high chair from his geges... Hai, another bulky item taking up space in my tiny house... ;-(

Presenting Tooth 1

Not easy to make it out but if you stare at the photos hard and long, you will be able to spot Bb Lucas' Tooth Number 1!!!!

And its VERY painful when he bites me!!!!

Mr Yan Dao

Daddy Sky said Bb Lucas knows how to pose for a yan dao look.
Ya, rite, even in his sleep, he wants to pose for a yan dao look.
Popo said I am not supposed to take any photos when Bb Lucas is sleeping.

My New Seat

Daddy Sky could not resist buying this new seat for Bb Lucas. He wanted Bb Lucas to have a 'decent' seat (in his context) when having meals with all of us.

This Bb Lucas is getting notty these days...
Know how to pretend to cough. Just the other day on last Friday night, he tried to scratch my face. I caught hold of his little hand and gave him a smack.

Is he trying to tell me that he is 'sick' so I cannot smack him??!!! =.='''

Real Darling Boy

Yesterday was a super long day for us... Check out our entire day schedule...

Morning: Had breakfast at Amoy and then drove to Harbourfront cos Po-po wanted to buy her rack. Howards Storage only open at 10.30 am which conincides with Bb Lucas' morning nap time. Bb Lucas patiently waited for us to get our stuff. Did not cry or make any noise. The moment we reached home at 11 am, he fell alseep..

Afternoon: Bb Lucas woke up around 12 noon. Had his shower and drank a bit of milk cos it's his lunch time. Waited again patiently for us to get everything ready before making our way to Auntie Alicia and Uncle Moses new house @ Hougang... Reached Hougang and had his baby porridge which Mommy Me cooked in between his nap time. Then we played mahjong while Bb Lucas took another 40 minutes nap. He was so guai and let all my frens carry him, smiling at everyone... ;-p

Evening: Made our way home around 5.30 pm. Took a quick shower cos we needed to meet yeye and nainai for dinner. On the way to Great World City, Bb Lucas sat quietly in his car seat and subsequently fell asleep!!! Again, no crying.. Mommy Me was very impressed..
Met up with yeye and nainai and had our dinner. Then we took a short walk cos Mommy Me was looking for some books to complete Lucas' collection. Bb Lucas let yeye carry him and did not kick up any fuss.

Night: We reached home about 940 pm and this was 40 mins past his bedtime and he just let Daddy Sky change him. Put him in the yaolan and he fell asleep within 5 mins.

Wasn't he sweet and cooperative the whole day? No moodswings or crying... ;-p

What is over the Edge?

Ever since Bb Lucas fell off Mommy's bed, I had built a 'wall' around it.
Today Bb Lucas somehow managed to figure his way up the wall and almost the edge...
Hmm, he is in his adventurous mode.. ;p

After a cool shower

When the weather is horrible and everyone feels sticky, a cool shower does the trick..
Even in cooling Bb Lucas down. See, after a cool shower, he is ready to pose for a photo shot!

At 4am this morning, Mommy Me felt a bite on my elbow!!!
Then thinking its a dream, I continued with my sleep...
Next I felt my fingers being bitten at!!!
Then I forced my eyes to open and saw Bb Lucas smiling at me...
When I ignored him, he pulled my hair!!!
Wa piangz.. can faint.
Actually he wanted milk milk, but instead of crying, he bit me hoping to wake me up..
Hmm, should I praise him for not crying and creating a din at 4am or should I scold him for biting me?? =.='''

A New Fren

Mommy Me bought Bb Lucas a 'fighting fish' today..
Told him it is his new fren but hor, he is not interested..
Diaoz.. Made me excited only..
He just took a glance den wan to crawl away... ;-(

My poor tummy

Dunno what happened to Bb Lucas yesterday. He had a terrible tummy upset.
Din poo. Had his normal meals but started to develop tummyache in the evening.
Put lui oil for him.. He only fart fart but no poo poo..
Guess must be dam pain for him cos he cried the whole nite..
And mommy Me carried him up and down...
Lucky today Mommy Me on leave else, will be a walking panda...
But it's ok.. I rather Bb Lucas be ok...

A KISS for Mommy

Brought Bb Lucas to Auntie Sim Hoon's housewarming.
He was pretty grouchy cos Mommy Me woke him from his sleep and brought him out.
He just fell asleep at 3 pm and got woken up @ 4.30 pm which fell short of his usual nap duration.
Mommy Me kept entertaining and humouring him.
Bb Lucas gave me a surprise when he turned and planted a KISS on my cheek!!!
Aiyo, that made my day ;-p

Watermelon for Cooling

Bb Lucas had been attending classes @ Gymboree all this while.
Daddy Sky and Mommy Me decided to check out another skol for him.
Brought him to Growing Up Gifted today for a trial class, he din quite enjoyed himself.
Den he was given a brush and some paint to create this watermelon.
He did about 50% of the painting with Mommy Me holding his hand...
Not bad for a 8 month baby...
But as this class is far too advanced for Bb Lucas, think we will continue with Gymboree..

p/s: The class is supposed to be for 8 months ~ 18 months... It's tough being a child now... Walked past another kiddo skol and it was packed with parents and kids @ 10 am on a Sunday morning!!!

A Surprise Visitor

After pacifying Bb Lucas that he wont get any McFlurry and putting him to bed, Mommy Me spotted something special in the living room. It was quite a big moth.. First time seeing such a big moth in this house @ Mt Faber..

Compare it to a box of tissue, cool right? Too bad, Bb Lucas din get to see it..

Milo McFlurry

The weather is realli killing us. So after sending po po and gong gong home after dinner at our house, we decided to go to a McDonald's Drive Thru'.
Daddy Sky got a chocolate milkshake while Mommy Me got a Milo McFlurry.
Was enjoying my cooling McFlurry under Bb Lucas' eagle eyes.
Bo bian, let him lick my spoon. Den he started to scream cos I continued eating ignoring him.
So I told him no more liao. He still wont give up. Kept looking left and right so I hid the ice cream at the front seat, hoping he will forget about it...
But hor, when we reached home, he stared at Daddy Sky who was holding the ice cream.
Hmm, this bb is realli smart. cant hide stuff from him anymore...

Carry Carry Please

After that mini saga of wanting Mommy Me to shake him, Bb Lucas pulled another new pattern for me... ;-p

Placed him in his yaolan and he actually stretched out his hands and indicating me to carry him.

When I told him it is sleep time, he gave me a smile and later tucked his face into his pillow den fell asleep.. That's my darling..

Give me a FIVE

My little terror

Bb Lucas is growing by the day. Now knows how to 'demand' for his rights.
Placed him in his sarong and shake shake him. Looks happy rite...
Next moment he wants to play swing swing. So propped him in his sitting position so he is delighted.

Then he decided he wanted to lay back down but I refused to shake him liao after all his stances.. Check out his video.

He started to act cute den when all fails and I still dun shake him, he began to terrorise!!!

Just messing around

Bought Bb Lucas this Hippo Clippo since Mommy Me got a discount coupon from OCBC.
He is into the little yellow chicky sitting on top of the hippo.
When I pushed his little book to him, he started to shake it around.
Actually before filming this video, he was flipping another bathbook.
He could not make up his mind if he wants to read or play so bascially he was just messing around...
