Worried...

Yes, this is how I am feeling right now.. Will be having a gynae checkup later around 9++ am...
Am currently in my 32th weeks coming close to the 33rd weeks. But have been experiencing contractions for a few weeks but little or no pain...
Keeping my fingers very crossed that I have yet to dilate...
Hopefully, I can keep Lewis in there for a few more weeks...

Update: Everything is fine.. No dilation yet and cervix is still closed.. Thank god... Hopefully, I can go for the c-sect in the 38th week as planned by the gynae...

德宝点心

Lucas woke up early this morning and made Daddy Sky and Mommy Me headache cos we dunno where to bring him for breakfast...

After cracking our heads a little, we decided to go to 德宝点心 at Chinatown...

We had prawn cheong fun which Lucas din fancy...
Har Gao - which we din give him too... hahahha..
So what he ate was the usual char siew bao, lotus pasta bao...
And a steamed pot of rice with minced meat and salted fish... Yummy..

P/s: On a side note, Lucas had a tiny burn on his tongue cos he sipped his chinese tea too fast... For that, Mommy Me kenna a black mark... =.='''

Modesto (Vivo)

We asked Lucas yesterday morning before we dropped him off at ah gong and ah ma's house what he wanted to eat for dinner. He affirmed his choice for dinner - PIZZA!!!

And so he had PIZZA for dinner... Making all the funny faces before dinner is served...
Finally, here comes his personal pizza... And best of all, he could only eat 2 slices... instead of half compared to our other visit...

WHY??? - Cos he requested milk from ah ma before coming out for dinner... =.=''''

Present for Didi or Lucas??

Lucas has this idea that any parcels that appear in our house must be a prezzie for didi or him...
Yesterday, he spotted this big parcel sitting on the sofa cos Mommy Me had not unwrapped it..
He immediately carried it to me and said, "Mommy, this is a present for Didi?? I will help didi to open it.."

Then when he ripped open the packaging and the box... He immediately declared, 'This is Lucas'!!!"

This is what I got for Lucas n, yes for Lewis as well....
Yes, a kiddo urinal... Cool, isn't it??

Spotted this on SMH and asked Daddy for permission to buy. As usual, to pass Daddy's acid test, this item must be able to use for both boys.. And of cos, this is a great tool to train the boys to pee on their own... ^^

Sleep his way to school...

This morning after having breakfast, Daddy Sky sent Lucas to the childcare centre and he slept...
And slept.... And slept... ALL THE WAY...
When he woke up, he was full of energy liao... ^^

Mushroom... Mushroom...

Lucas is recently into mushroom. He will zoom into all the dishes and if there are any mushrooms in the dish, he will go: mushroom pls...

So we were at the supermarket this morning and he saw a shelf full of mushroom.. Immediately, he insisted that I pick up 1 pack to pass it to him. He wanted to buy it so that someone in the family can cook for him...=.='''

We bought it anyway to pacify him.. lolx... He brought it to ah gong and ah ma's place and then we went into a tussle with him over opening the pack cos he wanted to bring some out to go shopping =.='''

In the end, we allowed him to bring 1 stalk out and we cooked it over the grilling fire at Waraku..
And he was happily eating it... =.=''' His 1 stalk precious mushroom...

Some days I dunno if Daddy is the one bent on collecting the toys from Thomas and Friends or Lucas is the one... =.='''

We have been hunting high and low for this after Lucas had been watching the Thomas' movie - Master of the Railway for the hundred over times...

Yeye's birthday celebration 2011

Yeye's birthday is on this coming Monday but as Ta-Po needs to travel, we brought forward the celebration to last night...
This restaurant is along Telok Ayeh Street and the food was surprisingly good...
The boys were having fun eating and running around the restaurant...



Can tell 3 is a handful and with Lewis on the way... Hmm, how are my in-laws going to carryall 4 of them together??

I want to take photos...

Lucas has a new request 2 nights back before he went to bed.. I want to take photos on my Thomas bed....^^

Story goes, Lucas was telling me on our drive home that he wants to drink the cow milk... I was trying to convince him to drink the soy milk since I just open 1 pack. But he kept insisting he wanted to drink the cow milk.

Fine, I pulled out 1 carton of Pura from the fridge and he told me: No, Mommy. Not this one, I want the cow milk...

Puzzled, I opened the fridge and pointed to the soy milk carton which he affirmed is not the one.
Finally, I figured out what he wanted... He wanted the packet milk from Magnolia....=.='''
Daddy Sky who had been watching both of us made a comment: 他很厉害勒

Lucas turned to his Daddy and said: 我很厉害!!!

Both of us were stunned...

Wedding Dinner on 13 March 2011

Yesterday, we attended Uncle Raymond & Auntie Joanne's wedding dinner @ Holiday Inn Orchard...

Mommy Me felt so touched to see Auntie Joanne finally in the wedding gown and finding the happiness she deserved... ^^

As with all wedding dinners, they are most likely to start late.. So Daddy Sky suggested to get a light dinner at Waraku @ Cuppage Plaza before going to the wedding dinner.

We ordered a set meal to share amongst the 3 of us.. Hmm, jus as we though the plan was good, the wedding dinner started quite early... =.='''

In fact, the food was also served pretty fast and 3 of us could not eat much at all... aiyo...

Half way through the dinner, Lucas whispered to us that he needed to pee.. So Daddy Sky brought him to the loo and both of them ended outside taking photos... Diaoz...

Service Recovery

Continuing from the morning's episode, there was a nagging feeling in me...

Plus I had been waking up in the middle of the nights for the week to do my work, I was physically tired. Since there was no meeting in the afternoon, I sought my boss' understanding to take the afternoon off to get some sleep...

After my 1.5 hours nap, I went to Lucas' childcare centre to pick him up.. Of course, he was very happy to see me... (& that melts my heart... ^^)

He was given 3 options (Lol, very obvious choice...)

1. Go back Ah Gong and Ah Ma' house
   
2. Follow Mommy Me home
3. Go Vivo to eat ice cream den back to Option 1

Obviously, he chose option 3... lolx...

So to Vivo we went, and ice-cream we ate...
Children will be children... They luv their ice-cream...

And I must say he can eat pretty fast.. I had to eat even faster... =.='''

It was a contest of who can swallow the ice-cream and waffle... Of cos, the winner is Lucas...

To & From

Yesterday morning, Lucas as usual wanted to have breakfast with us.

As it was raining, we decided to have breakfast at Coffee Bean which was on the ground floor of my office...

After we were done, we went to the carpark to change Lucas and Daddy Sky was ready to send Lucas to school..

Lucas suddenly told me that he wanted me to bring him to school. I told him I would fetch him from school instead.

I thought he understood but apparently, he did not...
So he cried all the way to school... Daddy Sky said how can I expect a 2 year old to understand the difference of To vs From....

New Arrivals

Within a span of 2 weeks, we have welcomed 3 babies!!!

Alan & Joanne's twin bois...
Jinzhu & Zhaosheng's darling princess
Aiyo, makes me so excited and looking forward to Lewis' arrival in 11 weeks' time!!!

Contractions

Mommy Me had been feeling some contractions with slight pain at 29 weeks...

Sigh, when we went for the checkup, the gynae checked internally and lucky the cervis was not open.

Advice to Mommy: Walk slower, stick more to desk work and be less stressed up...

Yes, we have to keep Lewis in there till at least 35 - 37 weeks so that he is considered to be fully developed. Anyway, to play safe, Mommy Me has packed my bag and has been telling Lewis to hold on as it is not time to be out yet...

Keeping my fingers very crossed that Lewis and me can dong until late April or early May..

Lunch @ Modesto (Vivo)

After a morning swim, we made our way to Vivo to have lunch... ^^

Thought for a while and decided to settle for Modesto as it is less crowded and seems pretty child-friendly.

Lucas was playing with Daddy's iphone before the lunch is served.

Lucas' Kids Meal.. He polished half the pizza!!!
Daddy's pizza which he wanted to order the LARGE version earlier.. Mommy Me stopped him and ordered the mini instead...Actually the mini is not very mini, it's between a personal and medium pizza if you compare the size to PizzaHut... And imagine we have 2 of such pizzas including Lucas' pizza!!!
And Mommy ordered a pasta - Carbonara!!! Goodess, the serving is so big
Lucky, I stopped Daddy from ordering the BIG pizza... else we will sure over-eat!!!

Invasion of Lucas ^^

Mommy Me and Daddy Sky plan to bring Lucas for daily breakfast before going to work next time after Lewis is born... That will be like sometime from July / August this year.. We figured that we might need to spend a bit more time with each boi so that they wont feel neglected...

So currently, breakfast time is still some private time for us to chat a bit about work and current affairs...

However for the past 2 mornings, our private time has been invaded!!!

Yes, by Lucas.. He woke up for the past 2 mornings and tell us 'I want go for breakfast...' =.=''''

Hmm, that disrupted our plans and our time management too.. Aiyo, he realli caught us off guard sia...

Lousy Ah Gong

This is told to Mommy Me by Ah Yee on Monday...

Lucas was running a fever on Monday and we sent him over to Ah Gong & Ah Ma's house so that he could rest...

Apparently, he was fine the whole day and of cos up to his mischief. Ah Gong was in his toilet washing his face and Lucas slipped in hiding behind the door... When Ah Gong was done, he got out of the toilet and closed the door behind him...

Lucas immediately screamed : Ah Gong, let me out!!!

But Ah Gong did not hear and was looking for Lucas... Ah Ma was showering in the toilet in the kitchen which was next to the toilet, she started screaming to Ah Gong that Lucas was in the toilet..

Ah Gong thought that Lucas was in Ah Ma's toilet and ran over.. Then Ah Ma told him Lucas was trapped in the toilet in the master bedroom and sent Ah Gong running to the other toilet.. =.=''''

When the door was opened, Lucas was squatting on the floor playing with water...Ah Yee scooped him up and he was mumbling under his breath 'Lousy Ah Gong' =.=''''

Then after washing his hands, Lucas walked over to Ah Gong and scolded him loud and clear "Lousy Ah Gong", bent and bit him on the thigh...

Ouch... Aiyo, this Lucas is so notty!!!
