To make the minced beef balls,
200g of minced beef
minced mushroom
minced black fungus
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of chinese wine
1 tablespoon of cornflour
1 good dash of pepper
The thing with making such stuff is to allow the marinate to seep through after an hour or so before you start to cook with them.. But I usually let my items sit overnight in the fridge to ensure that the marinate realli goes into the beef...
