HK Hols - Day 1

This is Lucas' 2nd trip to overseas.. (if you count the Kukup Trip as the first..)
Our flight was at 6am so we had to leave the house at 4.45am.. Check out the clock..
Lucas knows we are going out but this curious boy was scrutinising every single thing on the flight.. This was taken before the takeoff..
This was taken 15 mins after the takeoff...In fact, the moment the plane took off, he fell asleep on my shoulder... hahaha...
Continued to sleep after his milk... zzzzz... Made me sleepy too... Plus Daddy fell asleep too.. ;p
After 3 hours and 20 mins, we landed at HK International Airport... Cool.. We took a cab to our hotel.. Novetel Nathan Road...

P/s: Special thanks to Auntie Ah Hoon for recommending this hotel...
And of cos, Lucas cannot do without his remote control... =.=''''
The hotel was very nicely located as the Jordan MTR station was less than 5 mins' walking distance.. And we were very near the temple street, in less than 10 mins' walking distance... And we were surrounded by shops selling medicinal stuff.. We hit the streets pretty soon as we wanted to recce the area.. Thought we could have our lunch at Ta Jia Le but it was closed for renovation... So we went into a little tea house and was pleasantly surprised. The aunties manning the shop were very warm and they brought our food to us very fast cos they were concerned that Lucas might be hungry...

Sorry, no photos taken cos Lucas was asking for food and we were busy feeding him... Then we took the MTR to Kowloon...

Daddy Sky was very impressed with the way HK preserved their heritage.. Check out the photos of how the train station looked like in the past..
Mommy Me made Daddy capture this for me.. Cos I thought it was pretty cool.. The HK government even advertised on this. If a worker becomes deaf due to his work, he can seek compensation.. Hmm, talking about worker's rights... While walking on the streets, Lucas feel asleep again...
Wing Hwa is a super big traditional biscuit store in HK.. Hahaha, but hor, people had asked me to buy Hang Hseung instead.. Out looking for that too...
We hit the Ladies' street pretty early.. but it was already packed... gosh, check out the amount of tourists here. Got a lot of stuff here though...
As Daddy Sky is preparing for his new fishtank, we checked out the Goldfish street too. And of cos, Lucas, though sleepy, is into his 'fish fish'.... He kept going fish, yu... den repeated that dunno how many times.. till I had to drag both of them out of this place!!!!
We then headed back to the hotel cos Mommy Me's legs were hurting:
#1 - Lucas kept wanting me and only me to carry him
#2 - Pumps are bad for walking.. ;-(
