Revamp of the House (Part 5)

Mommy Me is still packing and packing and packing away.. Can never comprehend how come one baby can bring in so much stuff in the whole house??!!! Headache...

In fact, Me just completed painting the patio of each room.. Back is breaking.. Stealing a moment to blog.. and time to get back to packing!!! ;-(

Mommy Me is re-learning to bake again... Hee, hee, was my passion when I was in my younger days.. Trying to rekindle the passion again..

Lucas is growing day by day.. Now he even wants a say in what shoes Mommy can wear.. When I reach for my black heels, he went "no-no" den took the other pair of red-black heels for me instead.. hahaha, But I told him no, that pair is for weekends. He continued with his 'no-no'

Lucas makes a lot of small talk daily... This is an extract of this morning's conversation. Mommy Me drove him to Po-po's place. Had to stop the car cos another car was coming out of a parking lot..

Lucas: Ok, bao bao (meaning ok, pls carry me out of my car seat.)
Mommy Me: Not yet, I haven parked.
Lucas: Uh-oh
Mommy Me: (Lol)

My New Chair

Lucas is very comfortable getting up and down his new chair.. Guess who is the kan cheong one who will hold him up and down instead... Ya, Daddy Sky.. Check out all his hands...

Here comes FEVER

After MMR jab, true enough, the FEVER came on the 5th day... And over the weekend.. real headache... Keeping my fingers crossed that it will go away soon... But hor Lucas is still full of energy... wa biangz...

Full Month Party

Caden is one month liao ler... ^^ Today is his full month party... Lucas was very excited and wanted to kiss Caden... Finally, he did... Orrhhh... soo sweet.. He even stroked Caden's face...

And very happy after doing all that...

My Fav Number

Mommy Me was taking a break while Daddy Sky was playing with Lucas.. He insisted to be carried out of his play yard and walked around the house... Then he went to grab the phone...

Daddy Sky thought Lucas wanted to call po-po so let him played with the phone.. but hor, he was only pressing one number...

Lucas is getting expressive these days.. He is looking outside...
Then he will give this look and give a good good thumbs up and smuck his lips..

and of cos, when he knocks his head, he will go 'aiyo' x 3 times

Revamp of the House (Part 4)

Daddy Sky was hard at work yesterday after coming home... He mounted the wall shelf and placed the new TV up... ^^

The almost completed Study... Just have to discard the old TV and the old computer table...

Left with the packing of the rest of the house and the new TV for the living room!!!

Super BUSY Day

Today is probably one of the busiest day since the beginning this year... Check out my schedule today...

• 10 am - - Lucas' MMR jab @ Paragon
• 11.30 am - - Picked up Daddy Sky for 12 noon's appointment
• 12 noon - - Dental apointment for Mommy Me & Daddy Sky @ Tanjong Pagar Plaza
• 1 pm - - Reached Bukit Merah Library to return the books and DVD and borrowed new books and DVDs for Lucas
• 2 pm - - Reached Ikea to buy boxes and exchange Lucas' chair, had lunch
• 3 pm - - Packed the house all the way till 6pm

Super tired... Lucas' chair was a real big boo boo.. Was at Ikea last Friday and bought Lucas a set of table and chair... Picked up the chair that was under the tab 'BLUE' but guess wat it became red when I opened it..

Hmph, some inconsiderate people must have initially wanted the red chair but change their minds last minute and simply stacked it on the blue shelving.. Suay me... But lucky they have good exchange policy..

Ta-da.. Lucas' new table and chair...

Revamp of the House (Part 2 & 3)

Part 2 - - Still on the study


Last Sunday, Daddy Sky finally bought the new flat LCD TV for the study.. Now waiting to mount the new shelf and den to move the new TV up... And of cos, nid to get rid of the old computer table plus the old TV.

That's not all, Daddy Sky oso pocket and heart pain pain bought a new LCD TV for the living room.. That will be the next revamp in early Feb cos nid to pre-order the TV...


Part 3 - - Mommy at work

Mommy Me went Ikea today and grab lots of boxes to re-organise Lucas' books and stuff..
Spent the entire whole afternoon on them.. Shag....

Revamp of the house (Part 1)

Daddy Sky has this crazy idea to revamp the house... Ya, right..It's his peak period cos it's near CNY and Mommy Me has a few talks lined up to give.. He must be thinking that we are super human beings... hahaha, no point protesting.. since it is for the good of Lucas as he is walking now.. So had to revamp to remove the potential dangers...


Phase 1 -The Study
Here is the revamp study after we re-organise the furniture and bought a new computer table to 'hook' onto the cupboard.. Took us from 7 pm ++ till 12 mid-night... Cos in between, got to pat Lucas to sleep... This part veli siong...
Not quite done cos check out the messy half.. We still need to mount a new rack onto the wall for the TV and the modems and etc... And of cos, need to get rid of the old table...

Breakfast @ Charly T's

Mommy Me is on course today.. Since it is at SMU, Daddy said he will bring me for a nice breakfast... And yes, it is a nice place with nice food but sadly as my course starts at 9 am, we dun have much time to sit down and relax... Oh well... Another time... ;-p

Enjoying my food...

Lucas really knows how to enjoy food... hmph.. He spotted Mommy Me drinking this soya milk which was pretty good.. and he kept going. Na..na..na.. meaning take take.. No choice. pur 50ml for him which he finishes in less than one min.. Den he repeated his Na..na..na.. again... Hmm, no choice, have to give him another 50ml and quickly polished off the reminder... =.='''

More homework

Lucas' latest homework from his Shicida classes... It's a stack of activities for him... Hmm, flipped through them.. Veli challenging lei.. How am I going to get him to do?? Headache liao... ;-(

A Prezzie from Daddy

Nah, not for Lucas.. It's for Mommy. Daddy bought Mommy Me a prezzie.. And YES, its an iPhone... My current phone is conking out... so Daddy subscribed a new line under his name for me.. Cool, now I dun even have to pay for my phone bills anymore... ;-p

Dinner @ Claypot

After the yummy dinner ( but a bit ex la..), we took a kiddy ride & Lucas enjoyed himself..

But hor, Mommy Me dam scared cos it kept swerving left and right so badly.. ;-(

To the Zoo... (Yes, again)

Heehee, ya, we went to the zoo again this morning.. Since the card grants 4 free persons, why not just go again?? Anyway, we din manage to complete everything the other day...

Stopped by at the parots to take a foto.. ^^ Presenting the Fragile Forest where the insects & smaller animals roam freely...Here comes the Wild Africa.... Asked Lucas where he wants to go, he pointed to the Kidzworld.. ^^ So to the kidzworld, we went...
Next, the Primate Kingdom...

Followed by Australia Outback & Reptile Garden... Lastly, the Elephants & Splash Safari...Realli enjoyed ourselves... Think the next time we will visit the zoo, will be when the pandas come.. ;-p

Where is my cat cat?

Mommy Me is amazed by Lucas' level of understanding these days.. He will ask me for my staff pass and kept calling it a card.. When I asked him for his cat, he will bring it to me..

Anyway, Mommy Me is notty.. Stuffed the cat in his clothes.. Hee, hee, he is looking for his cat..

Lucas has this new habit.. When he eats something nice, he will go: Good good... ^^
