I luv my shoes!!!

Bb Lucas seldom wears shoes.. I dunno why I dun make him wear shoes.. (Daddy Sky: Everytime when goin out we forgot about shoe, cos Bb Lucas is not walkin yet..(8P)
Since today is a rainy day and we need to go out for dinner, so I decided to help him wear shoes.
Hmm, he seems to enjoy his shoes. Within minutes of wearing the shoes, they became wet... ;-p..Yum Yum...ZzzZZzzzZZZzzzz =.="

Rock-my-Baby

Today is Dylan's birthday.. We could only reach the party around 3 pm cos Bb Lucas was pretty difficult.. Refused to cooperate meaning he wont drink his milk nor take his nap...(Was wondering if it was due to him knowing he wont be going Gymboree today... )

Sigh, real headache. So when he reached the party, he was already sleepy..

Lucky there was this rocker at ah hoon's house and that managed to keep him entertained for a while so that Mommy Astin & Daddy Sky could eat...

We left pretty fast too cos Bb Lucas was sleepy.. And he fell asleep on the car on our way home..

Sleepy putt putt

Bb Lucas like this purple ball that I bought from Gymboree.. But not when he is sleepy, see how upset he was this morning when I tried to play the ball with him..

Mind you, this is 9 am in the morning and he woke up at 730 am and still sleepy!!!!

He is a real sleepyhead...but for only 15 mins cos he woke up at 925 am... =.='''

What a waste of my time spent patting him... hmph..

After Jab.. Still a noisy Boi

Bb Lucas did his jab in the morning.. When we got home, he was 'knocked out', so was Mommy Astin. We slept from 1 pm till 4 pm..

After he woke up, he was full of energy.. and of cos continue to be so noisy though he just had 2 jabs in the morning... =.='''

Jab Jab

Bb Lucas just did his 5th-6th month jab..
Mommy Astin had spaced out this jab, supposed to take it beginning of the month..
Due to wedding dinners to attend at beginning of month, this jab is delayed till month end..

Everytime Bb Lucas goes for his jabs, Po-po will nag Mommy Astin...
Why?
Cos Mommy Astin made a boo-boo...
Supposed to let Bb Lucas take 6-in-1 jab but told the PD wrongly when he was 2 months old. Ended up putting him on the 5-in-1 jab + 1 extra jab.
That means 2 needles at one go..See the needle hole on his thigh.. He has an identical one on his other thigh..

But Bb Lucas is quite good with jabs.. Never cry when the first needle goes in..
He only cries like less than 5 seconds for the second needle.. (Guess all those blood tests for jaundice caused his skin to have toughen up towards needles... ^^)

Way to go, Boy!!!
Looks ok when he is home... Lucky this is the last time for 2 needles' jab.
The next jab will be at 1 year old... phew...

I wan to bite everything!!!

Bb Lucas is into destruction, putting everything in sight into his mouth..
Here is one simple example, the moment I put him into his walker..He grabbed the toy and tried to put it into his mouth..
Another of his favorite is he will pretend to hold my hand and when I am not watching, grab my fingers and shove them into his mouth and start to bite..
When I try to retract the fingers, he will scream... =.='''

Daddy Sky still cannot bear to shave Bb Lucas so we only cut his hair short short.. v(^o^)

Trim or Shave???

Daddy Sky is confused.. Bb Lucas has been dropping hair lately..
Not very serious but shows a few small patches..
Mommy Astin has got a hair appointment tomorrow.
And Daddy Sky is still thinking whether he should just trim or shave Bb Lucas' hair....

New Food.. rather fruit

Mommy Astin is weaning Bb Lucas.
Other than carrots, brocolli, strawberries and bottled baby food, this is a new food item that we have tried today...
Hmm, cos it is going for $1.99 per melon at Giant.. (Meaning good buy, best buy, must buy.. ^o^) Cut a wedge to puree..
Hee, lucky he finished it.

Veli Paiseh

Yeye's birthday is this coming Sat.
We decided to celebrate it earlier with him this evening.
We went to the Imperial Herbal Restaurant @ Vivo City.
Ordered this set menu which consists of the following:

When Yeye arrived, he carried Bb Lucas.. And for some reasons, Bb Lucas seemed to find Yeye a stranger and started to cry. He cried so badly dat I had to quickly carried Bb Lucas from Yeye..

When Bb Lucas was in my arms, he was immediately ok...

Aiyo, so paiseh for Yeye and me..

Consolation: At least the food was good for the price ($168++) we paid and the service we received.

Bubble.. Puzzle (!!!)

I got zero idea where Bb Lucas learnt this from. He kept bubbling saliva and refused to stop. Told him to stop but he simply refused to. Obviously, he must have tot it is fun to do so. See his video above. Po po also could not explain why this happened too, other den telling Mommy Astin that Bb Lucas had been doing this since last nite...

A New CD for Bb Lucas

Got a surprise this morning when Sally passed me a CD.
It is a CD of Classical Favourites and Sally told me it is for Bb Lucas.
Cool pieces in there and was pleasantly surprised as I only mentioned in passing to Sally that Daddy Sky likes to let Bb Lucas listen to such music.

Gymboree Lesson Today v(^o^)

We brought Bb Lucas to Gymboree today.

Another Wedding but....

Mommy Astin and Daddy Sky attended Auntie Alicia and Uncle Moses wedding today.

We had wanted to bring Bb Lucas along but decided not to do so last minute cos we were not sure if the place was children friendly.

When we reached there, we were glad that we didn't bring him cos the place was quite cramped and we will have difficulties pushing a stroller in there.

But of cos, we enjoyed ourselves quite well... (Sorry, darling Lucas...)

By the way, this is the first 'angmo' style wedding we attended..

But being chinese, we insisted having yum-seng..

Learning to Sing?

Yesterday, Bb Lucas went for his third Play & Music class.
To my surprise, he was making sounds that matched the songs the teacher was singing.
I must make it a point to video it for his next lesson so that you all can understand.. ^^

Daddy Sky & Mommy Astin went 'pa-to' on Tuesday at Marine Barrage...

As usual, Bb Lucas is at po po's house...

Had dinner at the 7th storey steamboat...

Chey, not so fantastic afterall... (cos after listening and watching them on tv, tot they will be good, but so-so only)

I Luv My Feet.

At 11pm, instead of sleeping, he wanted to play with his feet... =.=''' Oh ya, in case all of you did not realise it.. He is chewing on his empty pillow casing.. The pillow has been thrown out by him and it's lying at his feet..

(Ya, ya.. Mommy got panda eyes liao.. and you still not sleeping... )

Ramen on a rainy day...

It was raining heavily today...
Daddy Sky felt that a good bowl of ramen will be good to keep everyone's tummies warm.
Off we went to Great World City, we had ramen at Bishamon Sapporo Ramen.

Spotted this and placed Bb Lucas next to Noddy* (Thanks Mommy Ching for correcting me ^^) He was looking at his gong gong and po po lor, instead of the camera... =.=''

Crowded Place

Popo said she wants to go Carrefour to buy stuff.
She saw from the leaflet that there were some good buys..
So we went to Suntec.. Had our dinner at Imperial Treasure..
Bb Lucas ate some steamed bao there...
Was asking for more but Gong gong said cannot give him too much at one go...
After dinner we walked to Carrefour..
It was very crowded.. We were pushing Bb Lucas in the stroller and a shopping trolley..
People bumped into us.. We bumped into people..
Real chaotic...
At the end, we did not buy much stuf..only got Bb Lucas a mattress for him to roll about..
Daddy Sky promised himself that he will not go Carrefour again no matter how good the bargains are... Mommy Astin had the exact sentiments
